Whether you celebrate Christmas for religious reasons or for the kids and family, whether you do nothing or have an extravaganza, I am hoping that this ‘silly season’ is good to you all?
I see this time of the year as a time to relax, take stock of the past twelve months and relax some more, whilst enjoying time with my family. This past year has been a whirlwind and I am looking forward to switching off, using my sauna, getting stuck in to my TBR (to be read) pile of books, painting our ‘coffee van’ and most importantly, writing. I wonder if ten days is enough time as I have two ‘books’ I want finished? The characters are stuck in their previous positions and getting a little agitated. It’s like having imaginary friends that won’t leave you in peace.
The past two weeks have kept me preoccupied with finishing off loose ends at the Gallery and now I am simply going to ‘wing’ it for Christmas this year! I plan for no stress, lots of salads and fruit, very few presents and what ever will be will be.
From myself and my family, to you and yours.., we wish you a very Merry Christmas with lots of love and laughter.
Be safe, be kind and most importantly be good to you!
